Yes! If you choose to use out-of-network benefits, full payment is due at the time of service. We can provide you with a monthly Superbill— an itemized receipt you can submit to your insurance company for potential partial reimbursement, based on your plan’s out-of-network coverage. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to confirm your benefits and learn about their reimbursement process.

Out-of-pocket Session Fees:

• Initial Intake Session: $250
• Individual Sessions: $220
• Couples Sessions: $240
• Group Sessions: $60

We accept payment by cash, credit card, or check. Reduced-fee options may be available — please inquire for details.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring any fees. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows will be charged a flat fee of $100, billed to the card on file. Appointment re-scheduling made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged a flat fee of $50, billed to the card on file. 

Please note that insurance companies do not reimburse for missed or late-canceled sessions, so you will be responsible for the full amount.

Standard sessions are 45–55 minutes. Extended sessions may be available for clients seeking more in-depth work, depending on your needs and insurance coverage.

Yes. We follow all HIPAA guidelines to protect your privacy and the confidentiality of your sessions. There are, however, certain legal and ethical exceptions to confidentiality, which will be reviewed with you during your first appointment.

No. Our practice focuses exclusively on adult counseling for clients 18 years and older. If you are seeking therapy for a child, adolescent, or family, we are happy to provide referrals to trusted local providers who specialize in those areas.
